Notre histoire est celle d’un voyage. Un voyage qui a commencé au XIXe siècle, dans la localité nommée Grand-Rocher aujourd'hui, lorsqu’un ancêtre audacieux a quitté l'Angleterre pour les forêts sauvages du Canada. Sur cette terre de promesses, la famille Fraser a bâti sa fortune en apprenant à respecter la puissance des ressources naturelles. Du bois à l'énergie, chaque génération a su adapter cette vision aux réalités de son temps.
Mais le virage le plus profond de notre histoire a eu lieu il y a cinquante ans. L’union de notre père Charles Algernon III, unique héritier Fraser, et de notre mère Annanuk Auyuittuq, une artiste Inuit visionnaire du Nunavik, a redéfini l'ADN de notre compagnie. Ce ne fut pas seulement un mariage de cœurs, mais un mariage de perspectives.
De cette fusion est née une nouvelle philosophie : celle de la prospérité partagée et du respect absolu du territoire (Nuna).
Aujourd’hui, nous, la nouvelle génération, reprenons le flambeau avec une fierté immense. Notre mission est claire : gérer l’héritage Fraser non pas comme un simple portefeuille d’investissements, mais comme un écosystème vivant. Nous investissons dans la technologie durable, nous gérons les ressources avec une perspective intergénérationnelle, et nous propulsons l’art et la culture Inuit sur la scène mondiale par l'entremise de la Fondation Sedna & Nanouk.
